Extra Slots 2 Rarity 10
Players can support the development of the game with the purchase of one of the Founder’s Packs. These packs were discontinued on June 29, 2020 as Save the World left early access with Patch 13.20. All players who owned a Founder's Pack had their pack automatically upgraded to the next level free of charge.
Adding Extra Slots. When adding Abilities, it is possible to increase the number of slots on the base item by one by using the extra slot. When using the extra slot, the success rate of all abilities will be lowered by a certain amount depending on the number of slots. An item can have a maximum of 8 special ability slots. The base Rarity 10 Crimson Kadachi Lion II, for example, pales in comparison to the Rarity 11 Nargacuga Baleful Night as a pierce heavy bowgun despite its jewel slot due to extra affinity.

Legacy Founder's Packs[edit edit source]
- These Founder's Packs were available before and immediately following Fortnite's official Early Access release on July 25, 2017. Due to abuses related to the Friend Codes generated in these packs, Epic Games removed them from both in-game and web stores on March 29, 2018.[1] Epic Games has confirmed that on July 17, 2018, these packs will be available for a limited time, with an exception to the Ultimate Edition Founder's Pack. On October 22, 2018, Epic Games published a 'Save the World: State of Development' blog post, where they stated that these packs would be available once again for a limited time during a 50% off sale. These packs would return various times when Founder's Packs went on sale.

PlayStation 4 Battle Royale Bundle[edit edit source]
Epic Games teamed up with Sony to offer a Battle Royale themed console bundle. The bundle includes a PlayStation 4 console, Battle Royale, the bundle-exclusive Royale Bombercosmetic item, and 500 V-Bucks. The bundle is only being offered in European markets.[2]
Xbox One S Fortnite Bundle[edit edit source]
Epic Games also partnered up with Microsoft to offer another Fortnite console bundle. The bundle includes an Xbox One S console, access to Battle Royale (and Save the World as of January 2019), 2000 V-Bucks and a bundle-exclusive set of cosmetics including: the Eon skin, Aurora glider and Resonator harvesting tool.
Nintendo Switch Battle Royale Bundle[edit edit source]
Epic Games and Nintendo came together to offer yet another Fortnite Battle Royale console bundle. This bundle includes a Nintendo Switch console, access to Fortnite Battle Royale, 1000 V-Bucks and another bundle-exclusive set of cosmetics including: the Double Helix skin, Telemetry backbling, Rotor glider and the Pinpoint harvesting tool.

Playstation Plus Heroes[edit edit source]
Placing a Pre-Order for Fortnite through the PlayStation Store granted players access to 4 exclusive heroes. Though these heroes were initially offered as a pre-order bonus[3][4], it appears that it is still possible to acquire them.[5] The exclusive heroes are:

Note that these heroes are not related to the Battle Royale-only Playstation Plus Celebration Pack.

Founder's Pack Rewards[edit edit source]
Battle Royale[edit edit source]
Founders initially receive the Founder's Glider for Battle Royale. Once winning a game, they also receive the Founder's Umbrella. On Patch v5.10, current players who purchased the Founder's Pack have been granted with 2 Battle Royale Cosmetics: Warpaint and Rose Team Leader, each with their respective Back Bling. With Patch v8.30, current Founders received 2 more Battle Royale Cosmetics: the Rose Glow harvesting tool and Wild Streak glider. Future Founders will also receive these rewards. In Season 10, the Ride the Pony (emote) from Battle Pass Season 2 will also be granted to Founder's

From Patch v9.20, and for a limited time, players who logged in would receive the Brainiac Jonesy and Skull Ranger Ramirez for logging in during the Fortnitemares 2018 event.
